The classic and sturdy Avanti Metal Easels are available in two distinct styles. The Avanti I is excellent for home studio use, but able to withstand the use by art students in high school or university. It has a square tube chrome steel mast that stops the turning effect. There are two extra adjustable canvas blocks so the artist can display two paintings like an art tree. The Avanti I will accommodate a canvas up to 52 in. tall. Constructed of heavy powdered painted steel. The Avanti II is a double mast metal easel that has been a mainstay of the art material industry since 1970. This stable and heavy duty professional easel can hold a canvas up to 72 in. tall and has an adjustable painting angle. The optional side tray can be used on either the Avanti I or II. It fits on the outrigger leg and is perfect for setting palettes, tools, or reference materials.
